Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to any games or events for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the Colorado School of Mines the Board of Directors and the Department of AThletics.  Colorado School of Mines or the owner of the facility whether or not such claims arise from the negligence of any of the said parties.

Admission is subject to compliance with all laws, facility rules RMAC and NCAA rules.  Failure to comply with the laws or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion.  Ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance with laws and facility rules, and acknowledges illegal substances are not permitted on premises.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITH NO EXCHANGES. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket(s) will be good for that make-up date. If an event is canceled, your ticket(s) will be refunded.

No complimentary tickets or season passes are valid for postseason (RMAC Tournament or NCAA) play at any venue. 

Marv Kay Stadium Ticket Offices (Football): 

open 2 hours prior to game time. NOTE: There are a large number of general admission wheelchair accessible seats located on the 2nd level concourse throughout the stadium. You do not need a reservation for these on game day.  Handicap parking spots are located in LOT L and on the North Side of the stadium by LOT K. These spots are all FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. 

Lockridge Arena ticket office (Basketball/Volleyball):

 opens 1 hour prior to game time. Wheelchair-accessible seating is located at the top of both sides of the arena and no reservation is needed.

 ticketing opens 1 hour prior to game time. All venues are wheelchair-accessible and no reservations are needed for seating.

Cash and credit card accepted at all ticket locations.
